萝莉少女视频 is seeking a Senior Supply Planner to join a dynamic and patient-focused team within the supply chain department. In this role, you will ensure the continuous availability of pharmaceutical products, preventing stock-out situations and supporting patient needs. You will act as a key liaison between commercial, regulatory, manufacturing, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the replenishment of finished goods to distribution centers and third-party partners.
- Monitor stock levels to minimize write-offs due to expiration and initiate redistribution activities when necessary.
- Manage supplier relationships with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) to maintain strong partnerships.
- Organize and oversee shipments, including customs documentation and quality release processes.
- Conduct multi-site, multi-market, and multi-level planning to align supply with market demand.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to define annual quantities and deliver rolling forecasts to suppliers.
- Ensure timely and secure movement of products throughout the supply chain.
- Crosscheck quality documents for goods receipt and maintain accurate records in SAP, including batch numbers and expiry dates.
- Execute supply chain activities in compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and maintain accuracy in SAP systems.
- Raise and manage change controls and deviations while adhering to GDP procedures.
- Support the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Develop and deploy performance scorecards for CMOs.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry, with a focus on forecasting, planning, and inventory management.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in GDP and GMP standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile thinker with a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Strong collaboration skills and a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in SAP ByDesign and Microsoft Office tools is advantageous.
